By working with Creative Elevation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Creative Elevation provides website design and development services for service-based businesses. All deliverables and timelines will be outlined and agreed upon before project start.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of signing to begin your project. We accept payments via credit/debit card.

3. 

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital design and creative work, Creative Elevation does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review all details before making payment.

4. 

Revisions

Each project includes 1 round of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees.

5. 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary content (logos, text, images, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect the project timeline.

6. 

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 15-30 business days, depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

7. 

Ownership & Credits

Clients will own the final website design upon full payment. Creative Elevation may display the project in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.
